Update – June 2023
Hello Jensen Residents, we have a few updates/community info to share with you all, please read carefully;
Watercraft Rentals 2023
The JLHOA Watercraft Rentals will open on Friday, June 9th. On this day Along with extended park hours of 11am-9pm everyday.
For the use and enjoyment of all our residents and guests we would like to remind you of the following rules and regulations for the JLHOA Watercraft & Lifejackets;
- JLHOA-owned watercrafts will be available for rental on a first come first served basis. Watercraft rentals are only available to residents aged 16+, and can only be rented daily, weather and staff permitting. Watercraft rental hours are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Lifejackets are mandatory when using all JLHOA-owned watercrafts, and we encourage the use of lifejackets when using personal watercrafts, including paddleboards. While we will be sanitizing lifejackets between uses, we cannot guarantee that the lifejackets will be 100% sterile.

- Battery-operated, electric or motorized watercrafts are not permitted for use in the lake at any time.
