The safety and security of our residents is our top priority. Our security team is dedicated to ensuring only authorized individuals access our community spaces and that suspicious activity is addressed promptly.
If you need assistance, please contact the security or the RCMP rather than attempting to resolve the situation yourself. They are trained to handle incidents safely. For emergencies, call RCMP. For non-emergencies, contact our security team.
Quick reminders:

Prioritize Safety: Your safety and the safety of others is the most important thing.

Stay Quiet and Assess: If you suspect a an issue, stay quiet and try to assess the situation.

Avoid Confrontation: If possible, avoid confronting the intruder/trespasser.

Trespasser Removal:

Security personnel are authorized to remove individuals who do not have proper access to the property. Anyone on private walkways or docks who cannot provide a valid membership card will be asked to leave immediately.
Arrests (Only When Necessary)

While arrests are rare, security personnel are trained to do so if required—such as in cases of aggressive behavior, refusal to leave, or criminal activity (trespassing, vandalism, theft, assault, etc.). This authority is outlined in our security agreement and permitted under the Alberta Criminal Code.
