Board of Directors
The Jensen Lakes Homeowners Association is presently overseen by a Board of Directors appointed during the development phase of the community. This structure is standard for new communities and ensures continuity, financial stability, and consistent operational oversight while the neighbourhood is still being built out.
Resident members are not part of the Board at this time because the community has not yet reached the formal transition stage from developer control to resident governance. As Jensen Lakes continues to grow, opportunities for resident involvement on the Board will be introduced in alignment with the Association’s bylaws and the established transition process.
