FISHING AT JENSEN LAKES
Jensen Lakes is home to approximately 7,000 fish, including brook, rainbow, and tiger trout.
JLHOA members do not require a provincial fishing license to fish at Jensen Lakes; however, all participants must follow JLHOA fishing rules to protect fish health, water quality, and overall lake sustainability.
Fishing is available seasonally from the fishing pier, from watercraft in summer, and as ice fishing during winter.
Restrictions:
Fishing along the rock wall perimeter or from shared private docks is strictly prohibited to protect shared use of the dock and ensure accessibility.
Fly fishing is limited to open water on resident owned watercraft and not permitted on the fishing pier.
Catch Limits
Residents and guests under 18: Catch‑and‑release only
Residents 18+: May keep up to 2 fish per day, with a maximum of 6 fish per household per month
No minimum size restriction.
