Outdoor Bookings
For residents wanting to host gatherings that require a reserved space under one of our gazebos.
Outdoor bookings include a signed agreement, which provides expanded access privileges for your guests and may allow the use of rental add‑ons and further access to JLHOA amenities.
Each gazebo space is approximately 264 sq. ft (22 x 12 ft).
- Ideal for gatherings of up to 20 people (Max. 30 Guests Permitted).
- Sheltered area with two built‑in picnic tables and a built‑in charcoal BBQ.
- Ideal for up to 30 guests.
