The JLHOA team is small but growing, and we are always looking for dedicated individuals who want to contribute to the continued success of the Jensen Lakes community. As the community expands, so do the opportunities to support our residents, enhance our amenities, and strengthen our year‑round operations.

Permanent Positions
Our permanent staff play a key role in the daily operations of the Association and the long‑term care of our amenities.

• Office Assistant
  Supports administrative operations, resident services, and day‑to‑day office functions. 
• Park Maintenance Labourer
  Assists with year‑round maintenance, amenity upkeep, and operational readiness across the community.

Seasonal Summer Positions
Each summer, the JLHOA offers a variety of part‑time roles ideal for students and individuals seeking hands‑on experience in a community‑focused environment. Seasonal positions typically run as early as May to August.

• Rentals Attendant 
• Safety Monitor 
• Junior Rentals Assistant 
• Junior Office Clerk & Concessions Attendant 
• Junior Safety Assistant 

These roles support our busiest season and provide valuable experience in customer service, safety monitoring, amenity operations, and community engagement.
