Multi-Sport Court Construction
Jensen Lakes Residents,
As mentioned in the October newsletter, construction of the new Multi-Sport Court is nearing completion. Until recently, the timing of the final top coat was uncertain due to seasonal temperatures. Following an on-site meeting this week with our consultants and contractor team, it has now been confirmed that the final court surface will be installed in Spring 2026. The top coat requires 14 consecutive days of consistent minimum temperatures to meet warranty requirements and ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
This fall, the fencing will be finalized and—weather permitting—landscaping will be completed in the coming weeks.
While we’re disappointed that the courts won’t open this fall, this is the best decision under the circumstances. Unfortunately, unseasonably wet weather has not been on our side this season.
As a reminder, please exercise extra caution around the construction area for your safety and the safety of others.
