The JLHOA provides a range of resident amenities, with access adjusted throughout the year according to weather, season, park traffic, and maintenance needs.
Beach & Park
OPEN: Beach and park access is available year‑round.
Designated Swim Area
OPEN: available for recreational swimming and light wading.
Lake (Open Water)
OPEN: lake access is available for recreational lake use.
Watercraft Rentals
CLOSED: Last day of operation: September 20 *Waiver required
Equipment Rentals
OPEN: Equipment is available year‑round and varies by season.
Fishing
OPEN: available at the designated fishing pier or from resident owned watercraft in open water.
Volleyball Court
OPEN: available until weather permits and is first come first serve.
Multi-Sport Court
OPEN: 11 to 8pm Daily until end of season (End of October or until weather permits)
Land Rink
CLOSED: The land rink is for recreational skating, no strollers or sleds allowed.
Lake Leisure Rink
CLOSED: Recreational skating surface on the lake; stollers and sled friendly.
Hockey Rink
CLOSED: Designated surface for ice hockey on the lake with nets available.
Skating Loop
CLOSED: Available when ice conditions and maintenance support safe use.
