Important Notice: Accounts in Collections
As of May 1, all unpaid accounts have been locked and transferred to collections with our law firm, Field Law. Once an account is in collections, JLHOA onsite staff no longer have access to your profile and cannot unlock it.
All homeowners received multiple notices prior to this stage, including mailed invoices, email reminders, and SMS alerts (for those with a phone number on file).
Please be aware that Field Law may require time to process payments and update your account, so lake access will remain restricted until they confirm your balance is cleared.
