2023 Annual Membership Fee Reminder

We would like to remind all owners that the 2023 HOA fees are due on January 1, 2023. The 2023 budget package was mailed via Canada Post to the mailing address on file. In addition, your personalized invoice has been uploaded to your online account and the budget letter has been uploaded to the ‘Community Documents & Maps’ page on this website.

To log into your online account, please go to ‘My Account’.

If you don’t remember your password or have never logged in before, please go to ‘Log In’, ‘Forgot Password’ and enter the email address this message has been sent to.

You do not need to create another account.

If you have sold your Jensen Lakes property, please contact Core Real Estate Group at info@coremanagement.ca as soon as possible.

Fees can be paid via:

  • CHEQUE mailed to 1250, 5555 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB  T6H 5P9, payable to Jensen Lakes Homeowners Association
  • ONLINE through your online account, please note applicable fees apply
  • TELEPHONE through Telepay using your credit card. Please call 587-392-0748 and use the access code on your invoice, please note applicable fees apply.

Please be advised that park access will be refused for any accounts outstanding as of February 1, 2023.
