Dear Residents,
We hope everyone had a great February. We have several important updates and reminders to share with you regarding the community park:
JLHOA Fees
The deadline for fee payments has passed. If you have not yet paid your fees, please note that you will not have to access the park facilities until your payments are up to date. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Ice Update
Spring weather is finally here to stay! With this amazing warm weather comes the end of the Ice-skating season.
Starting today, March 12th, all skating surfaces are now closed for the season. Foot traffic and ice fishing are still safe; however, we advise residents to remain cautious while out on the lake during this melting season. Keep an eye out for any cracks or water on the ice, especially with the temperatures rising it can fluctuate rapidly, and vary from location to location on the lake. If you spot any trouble, make sure to exit promptly and inform the staff.
Hours Update
We will be changing hours for the spring season starting on Friday, March 15th. The new hours will be:
Monday – Wednesday: Closed
Thursday – Sunday: 11 am – 7 pm
Once the lake has melted and is warm enough for swimming, the hours will be adjusted again.
