- Guests are not allowed to remain in the Park without a Resident Member. Members are responsible for their Guests at all times.
- Residents are prohibited from allowing others to use their Membership cards.
- Residents are prohibited from admitting individuals without checking them in with the gate staff.
- The Lakeshore Docks and Private Walkway Docks are not to be used by anyone other than the Lakeshore and Private Walkway Home Owners.
Abuse of the above will result in loss of privileges and/or a membership suspension.
Park Access:
We have noticed that many residents are accessing the lake through empty lots, areas under construction, and/or through private walkways that are intended for private use by the homeowners with access to those walkways only. Please be considerate to your neighbours and remember that accessing the lake through private property is not allowed. Only residents with Private Walkway Memberships have access to the private walkway and dock behind their homes. Furthermore, access is limited to the private dock and walkway; the community beach and park areas remain off-limits after hours.
Any individuals found in these areas after hours will be considered trespassing. Repeat offenders will have park privileges revoked. Any individuals who are caught accessing the lake through private property will immediately have their park privileges revoked – warn your children! This is very dangerous and a serious safety concern.
A breakdown of our membership classifications is as follows:
- Standard Home Access – Access to the park/lake (facility) through the main facility entrance.
- Lake Walkway Access – Access to the lake via the shared dock and private walkway, accessed through the rear of their lots. The residents can also access the beach and main facility through the main entrance during operating hours.
- Lake Shore Access – Access to the lake directly via private resident dock. Residents can also access the beach and main facility through the main entrance during operating hours.
