Fall Festival September 20th

Celebrate the arrival of fall with an evening full of fun, food, and entertainment at our annual Fall Festival!

Enjoy live music by Eric Martin, savor delicious beef burgers or chicken sandwiches from Central Social Hall, and relax with a drink in our beer garden—beverage types are limited!

The ticket options are:

·         $5 for food only (with a water/pop)

·         $15 for food and 2 drinks (18+)

·         $5 for a single drink ticket (18+)

The food tickets will choose between a Ronald Beef Burger or a Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich.

Important Notes:

·         Residents are welcome to join the festival without purchasing tickets, but please note that food and drinks will not be provided without a ticket.

·         If your guests are participating in either the beer garden or food, please ensure you purchase the correct tickets for them. The usual rule of 6 guests per household still applies.

Updated Park Hours

As summer comes to an end, we will be updating the hours as the fall season progresses. Please read the following dates carefully;

Effective Monday, September 9th, the new hours will be

·         Monday – Sunday, 10 am – 8 pm

Starting Monday, September 23rd, the hours will be changed to

·         Wednesday – Sunday, 10 am – 8 pm

The Watercraft Rental Hours will remain 11 am – 8 pm and will be closed for the season on Sunday, September 22nd

 

Catch and Keep Ice Fishing

This year we will be continuing the catch-and-keep program during the winter! Please stay tuned for updated ice fishing rules.  As a reminder, the catch-and-keep rules are as follows:

·         Catch and Release is still in effect for minors.

·         Eligible members wishing to participate in the “Catch & Keep Program” must register with the JLHOA Team with their membership cards.

·         “Catch & Keep” will allow households to bring home 6 fish/ month, a maximum of 2/ day.

·         There is to be no cutting of fish on park grounds.

·         Prior to exiting the park, members must have their “keep” inspected and logged by the JLHOA staff.

·         Please note, a registered adult member may choose to include a minor’s, or guests catch as their reported “take”

Please familiarize yourself with the JLHOA fishing rules on the website, before coming to the park to fish.

 

We want to take a moment to thank all our residents for making this summer so memorable! We appreciate your enthusiastic participation in our swimming, paddle board, and scuba lessons. Your energy and involvement truly made this season a success!
