Jensen Lakes Residents,
Please be advised that beginning October 14, 2025, construction work related to the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) process will commence. This work is a necessary step in the transition of infrastructure responsibility from Melcor Developments to the City of St. Albert.
As part of this process, a temporary road closure will be in effect on Jensen Lakes Blvd, specifically impacting Stages 10A, 10B, and 12. This closure is required to ensure the safety of both construction crews and the public.
